City Walk Dubai, also known as Citywalk, is a vibrant district developed by Meraas. It is located in the heart of Jumeirah, close to some of the best beaches in Dubai. Covering a total area of 9,687,519 sq. ft., the area combines luxury residential and commercial spaces with top-notch entertainment and leisure facilities.
City Walk is known for its exclusive shopping destinations, high-end fashion boutiques, parks, walking areas, and numerous bars and restaurants with views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Tourists are drawn to the area's street art, featuring graffiti created by famous artists from around the world.
In addition, City Walk offers children's playgrounds, cutting-edge fitness centers, and a large space for public events. Tourists find it easy to navigate the district thanks to helpful signs.
City Walk is part of a freehold zone, so foreign investors can buy property here with full ownership. The residential area consists of 34 mid-rise buildings with glass facades that are beautifully lit up at night. Infrastructure of City Walk
City Walk Dubai is ideally located between the Jumeirah waterfront and Downtown Dubai, making it close to the city's main attractions. To the southwest, you’ll find the residential areas of Al Wasl and Al Safa, both known for their strong community facilities. City Walk is also close to Al Satwa to the northeast and Business Bay to the south.
The district sits at the intersection of Al Safa Road and Al Wasl Road, just a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the main highways in the UAE. This prime location offers easy access to most parts of Dubai and the rest of the emirate. You can reach Dubai International Airport in 10-15 minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport in around 40 minutes.

Transport Infrastructure of City Walk
City Walk is well-connected and easy to reach by both private and public transport, including metro, buses, and taxis. The nearest metro station is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station (red line), which is about a 5-10 minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. A bit further, there's Financial Center Station, which also takes about the same time to reach by car and about 25 minutes on foot. To the south, Business Bay metro station is just 5 minutes away via the Sheikh Zayed Road exit.
The Dubai Petroleum Corporation 1/2 bus stop is on Al Safa Street, a short walk from City Walk. Buses No. 7, 28, 81, and C14 stop there.
For those who prefer driving, there are over 600 underground parking spaces in the residential part of City Walk, along with several parking areas near the shopping district.

Kindergartens, Schools and Universities in City Walk
Families living in City Walk have easy access to quality education for their children. In the neighborhood, Honey Bee Nursery welcomes children from four months to four years old and follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
There are many other schools and kindergartens in the Jumeirah area. Great Mind’s Nursery is one of the most popular choices and is just 5 minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk. It follows the Montessori method for early childhood education.

GEMS Wellington Primary School is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk from City Walk. It follows the UK curriculum and is located in the Al Wasl area.
Nearby secondary schools include JSS Private School and Horizon English School, which are both about 5-7 minutes away in Al Safa. JSS Private School follows the Indian CBSE curriculum, while Horizon English School uses the EYFS curriculum.
City Walk is also close to the only Russian-speaking school in Dubai, the Russian International School, located in the Muhaisnah area, about 20 minutes away by car.

Beaches near City Walk
City Walk Dubai is in the center of Dubai's popular beach area, providing quick access to the best coastal spots in the emirate in less than 20 minutes.
