Six Senses The Palm is the first Six Senses hotel and branded residences in the UAE, marking a major achievement for the luxury hospitality chain. Established in 1995, Six Senses is known for providing top-tier luxury experiences. The project, revealed in early 2022, consists of a 60-room hotel and 162 beautiful residences on Palm Jumeirah Island. Surrounded by prestigious neighbors like FIVE Palm Jumeirah and Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah, Six Senses Residences is a standout addition to the island's luxury hospitality scene.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas managing operations and Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) handling development. The luxury hotel brand is known for its exceptional hospitality, unique design, commitment to sustainability, and focus on wellness, which it brings to this project.
As of early 2022, Six Senses operates 21 hotels and resorts worldwide, from Brazil and the Seychelles to Fiji and Portugal. In the coming year, the brand plans to open four new resorts in Switzerland, Italy, the Maldives, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Six Senses is a leader in the wellness hotel market and has won many awards, such as Best Luxury Hotel Brand at Luxury Travel Intelligence, Outstanding Contribution to Luxury at the Aspire Awards, and Top Hotel Brand at Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards.
The development spans a large area of 800,000 sq. ft and includes four buildings. These include a hotel, a penthouse building, and one or two buildings with duplex residences. Each building offers a private entrance to underground parking, and villa owners get their own private parking.

Six Senses The Palm will be located on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent, right between Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and W Dubai – The Palm. This area offers easy access to some of Dubai's top restaurants and bars, such as Torno Subito, WHITE Beach Dubai, Sola Jazz Lounge, and Akira Back Dubai. Residents of Six Senses The Palm can reach the trunk of Palm Jumeirah via Palm Jumeirah Rd, just a little over 5 minutes' drive away.
On the trunk, you'll find important amenities like Marina Pharmacy Palm (Shoreline), Redwood Montessori Nursery, Waitrose, and Spinneys. There are also plenty of leisure and entertainment spots near the development, including:
- Nakheel Mall, which has more than 300 shops, dining places, and entertainment options, plus banks, gyms, and tailoring services. Its rooftop features Soho Garden Palm Jumeirah, a major nightlife destination in Dubai.
- AlIttihad Park, which covers 1.1 million sq. ft and opened in 2012. The park showcases over 60 types of plants and trees native to the UAE.

The Palm Tower was finished in October 2021. This 52-floor tower has 3 floors of leisure and gourmet restaurants, while the 52nd floor features an observation deck called The View. The AURA Skypool, located on the 50th floor, is the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool.
